Good Affordable Homes

In 2003 the council homes in North Hertfordshire were transferred to a new housing association with the aim of improving tenants’ homes and creating the capability to build more affordable housing. I was part of a team invited to pitch a strategy to rename and create a clear identity which reflected how the organisation has evolved. Our approach was to portray an organisation which delivered more high-quality affordable homes, somewhere people can establish themselves, create a life, a community and prosper. We produced several options, however, this concept wasn't chosen.
